About me
I'm a freelance content strategist and storyteller who loves figuring out how organisations talk about what they do — and fixing it when it's not working.
I've spent 10+ years leading content teams across agencies, companies, and global brands — building systems, fixing broken workflows, helping teams scale. But what I'm really doing is listening: to what people need, to what's broken, to the story no one's articulated yet.
I'm curious about people — what they do, why they care, what makes them proud and excited. That's what makes the work land. Good content isn't about frameworks, or AI tools, for that matter. It's about understanding the people in the room, what they're actually trying to say, and building systems that help them do their best work. I've spent years working with AI in content production. It's useful. It's also not the answer to a strategy problem. But a strong strategy is what turns AI from a volume machine into a genuinely useful tool.
